Payment card information

Card payment transactions will be processed by a third party payment provider. Our current payment provider is Caixabank, but this may change from time to time.

For website and email payments, your credit/debit card details are entered directly into Caixabank’s secure payment portal and never revealed to us. Caixabank encrypts your credit/debit card information and operates a secure server.

For telephone payments, you credit/debit card details are entered directly into Caixabank’s secure payment portal by a member of BM DECORACION ESPANA SL staff. They do not record your card details in any other way and once the payment is processed, card details are no longer available to staff members.

Security of your personal information

Any transmission of data between our business systems, including our website, is transmitted securely using the highest levels of encryption. Data is held on secure servers and we are committed to ensuring all of our systems meet the highest security standards.

As an organisation, we have attained PCI compliance, meaning we maintain the highest standards payment card security.
